Kingswood Vets is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our friendly and fast-paced team in a full-time hybrid role combining Veterinary Care Assistant and Receptionist duties. How You’ll Make a Difference 

This dual-position role will be split between front-of-house reception duties and assisting our clinical team in the day-to-day care of our patients. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice while delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position worked over 4 days per week on a rota basis, plus a Saturday morning rota.
Reception duties:
* Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly and professional approach
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries
* Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the smooth operation of the reception area
VCA duties:
* Assisting veterinary surgeons and nurses with patient handling and care
* Preparing clinical areas and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Supporting with routine procedures and patient monitoring
* Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of animals in our care
