As a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) you will support the nurse and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care delivering exceptional care always there to our clients, patients, and colleagues.
We’re looking for a dedicated Veterinary Care Assistant to join our welcoming and well-established team at Medivet Welling in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a rewarding career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
This role offers a four-day working week in Wedivet Welling, with 1 in 4 full weekends, fair share of Bank Holidays and on-call cover at our nearby 24-hour hospital at Dartford.
At Welling, you’ll work alongside a dedicated Lead Vet, supported by an experienced nursing team, in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere where patient care is always the priority. The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and spacious consult and theatre rooms.
Welling itself is a peaceful suburban area with a strong community feel, yet it’s just a short commute to central London via Southeastern Rail and local bus links You’ll enjoy a great mix of leafy parks, charming cafes, and local amenities, the perfect setting for balancing work and life outside the clinic.
