As a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) you will support the nurse and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care delivering exceptional care always there to our clients, patients, and colleagues.

20 hours per week
2 × 8-hour shifts plus a 30-minute lunch break-Medivet Biggin Hill
1 × 4-hour shift with no lunch break-Medivet Biggin Hill
1 in 5 working Saturdays from 11:30–20:00 with a 30-minute lunch -Medivet Beckenham
TOIl back for each Saturday shift worked.

This role is not suitable for young workers in line with Health and Safety Executive (government) direction due to the expected duties of the role. Therefore, you will be asked to confirm that you are over the age of 18 as part of the application process.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients, supporting surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
• Deliver patient monitoring and care to pets, including walking, toileting and feeding
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
