Job Description

Company Description

Greencross Wyoming has been caring for pets on the Central Coast for over 40 years. Located just minutes from Terrigal, Avoca Beach and some of NSW's best national parks and walking trails, our clinic combines a relaxed coastal lifestyle with a busy and rewarding caseload.

Our well-established team consists of five veterinarians, experienced nurses, a practice manager, a dedicated receptionist, a nurse intern and Tafe students. Many of our team members have been with the clinic for over a decade, including the original practice owners who remain actively involved today. Day-to-day, there's a strong focus on collaboration, with plenty of opportunities to learn from colleagues and share ideas. The clinic also has a spacious outdoor staff area where the team often gathers for lunch and enjoy monthly team BBQs.

As a busy practice, we're typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance, offering a great mix of consulting, surgery and medical cases. No two days look exactly the same. Alongside our regular small animal caseload, we see a high number of birds and reptiles, supported by team members with particular interests in avian and reptile medicine. We also perform orthopaedic procedures in-house and have the equipment to support these cases. Our purpose-built clinic features four consult rooms, a large surgical theatre capable of running two procedures simultaneously, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, IM3 dental equipment, orthopaedic equipment, Vet-Tome, Tonopen and Bair Hugger technology.
