At Germantown Animal Hospital, we’re growing—and we’re looking for the right Veterinary Assistant to grow with us. This is a cross-trained Client Service Representative position.
We’re a busy small-animal practice that takes pride in providing high-quality medicine while creating an experience that keeps clients and their pets coming back year after year. Just as importantly, we’ve worked hard to create a team where people help each other, keep learning, and know their contributions matter.
And yes, we really mean no weekends. Our hospital is open Monday through Friday, giving our team a predictable schedule and their weekends back.
This is an opportunity to be actively involved in patient care, strengthen your clinical skills, and work alongside a team that wants you to succeed.
Why Our Cross-Trained Veterinary Assistants / Client Service Representatives Love It Here
Depending on your experience, training, and skill level, your responsibilities may include:
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys veterinary medicine and wants to be an active part of the team.
Candidates must have at least two years of veterinary hospital experience OR have completed or be currently enrolled in a Veterinary Assistant program with applicable clinical training.
Beyond your clinical foundation, you’ll be a great fit if you are:
You don’t have to know everything on day one. We care about the skills you already bring, but we also care about where you want to go. Whether you want to become stronger in radiology, dentistry, anesthesia, laboratory work, surgery, or patient care, we want to help you keep moving forward.
At Germantown Animal Hospital, teamwork isn’t just something we put in a job ad. We want team members who ask for help and offer it, keep learning, take pride in doing things well, and take ownership of their role.
We also know veterinary medicine can produce some pretty ridiculous moments. We take patient care seriously, but we don’t believe we have to take ourselves seriously all the time. There’s room here to work hard, celebrate the wins, support your coworkers, and laugh at the things that inevitably happen when you spend your days working with animals.
And when the workweek is over? Your weekends are yours.
Benefit eligibility may vary based on full-time or part-time status. Benefits designated as full-time only are subject to eligibility requirements.
