What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required
• Team-first mindset — collaborative, communicative, and ready to jump in where needed
• Passionate about delivering best-in-class care to pets and their people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping the clinic running smoothly
• Bonus Points: experience or interest in dentistry or anesthesia

What You'll Do

• Client Support: Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets' care
• Procedural Support: Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe and gentle patient restraint
• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment for pets, clients, and the whole team
• Culture & Teamwork: Live Sploot's core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture every day
