Salty Paws Veterinary Hospital in beautiful Yorktown, VA, is growing and looking for a passionate Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our team! Located just minutes from Williamsburg, the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Beach, and Richmond, we offer the perfect blend of coastal living and city access.Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate seeking mentorship, you’ll thrive in our supportive, Fear Free Certified environment. Our modern facility includes in-house ultrasound, a full in-house lab, digital radiography, and a brand-new Companion Laser Therapy system. We also utilize VetSOAP for our SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality care. You’ll provide wellness, medical, and surgical care for small animals, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with experienced DVMs and licensed technicians—all in a positive, low-stress setting. What You’ll Do
  • Provide general wellness, medical, and surgical care for small animals 
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and education 
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced DVMs and licensed technicians 
  • Maintain high medical standards in a positive, low-stress environment
