Whittier Dog & Cat Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian with 3–5 years of experience to join our long-standing and trusted practice in Whittier, CA This is a great opportunity for an experienced DVM who’s ready to work with a diverse caseload, grow clinically, and collaborate with a high-performing team in a fully equipped, modern hospital.

Diverse Caseload From soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries to internal medicine and exotics—no two days are the same.
Modern Technology Advanced diagnostics, in-house lab, digital radiology (including dental), ultrasound, lift tables, ICU oxygen therapy, and Doorstep CT access.
Collaboration & Support Work alongside experienced professionals and partner with our nearby sister hospital, Southeast Pet Hospital.
Strong Culture We believe in teamwork, mentorship, and mutual respect to provide exceptional care.
3–5+ years of clinical experience
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Team player with excellent communication
Confidence in managing complex cases and fast-paced environments
4-day workweek (4/10s)
No on-call or after-hours responsibilities
Monthly staff meetings and shared case discussions
Flexible schedule with time for professional growth

Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000, based on experience
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus
