About Our Clinic: Bowdon Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital located in the heart of Bowdon, Georgia, known for providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets in a welcoming, small-town environment. The hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, urgent care, and boarding, all supported by an experienced and dedicated veterinary team. With a strong focus on personalized treatment and client relationships, Bowdon Animal Hospital strives to ensure every pet receives attentive, individualized care while supporting the overall well-being of animals in the community.

• Practice type: GP, Urgent Care

• Avg. daily patient volume: 12-16 appointments per day

• Support staff ratio: 2 : 1

• Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, some urgent care, small amount of livestock, occasionally

• Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, etc

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and client-education skills

• (Optional role-specific skills: Medical Director, exotics, soft tissue or orthopedic surgery, new-grad friendly, etc.)
