Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 / year

Acorn Hill Animal Hospital, a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management You’ll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing our hospital’s reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine ( DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  
  
• Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
  
  
• 5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
  
  
• Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  
  
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
  
  
• Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
