Our Caseload

• 80% Small Animal / 20% Large Animal
• Occasional rabbits and pocket pets
• Strong large animal/reproduction caseload for interested veterinarians
• Opportunity to work alongside a doctor with special interests in reproduction and ruminant medicine

What Makes Us Unique

• We perform advanced soft tissue surgeries and offer orthopedic procedures with support from a traveling orthopedic surgeon
• Comprehensive reproductive services including:
• OFA testing
• Semen collection/evaluation/shipment
• In-house progesterone/ovulation timing
• Pregnancy ultrasound
• Scheduled C-sections
• Infertility evaluations

Doctor Support & Schedule

• Average 14–16 patients per day
• 30-minute wellness appointments
• 45-minute sick appointments
• Strong support staff structure:
• 1 Doctor : 1 Assistant
• 2.5 Licensed Technicians

• A pro-sal compensation model with a base salary of $115,000 - $140,000 (based on experience & schedule)
