About the Role
As Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to guide the clinical direction of the practice while continuing to practice excellent medicine. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and hands-on veterinary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animal patients
Leading and mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff
Helping shape medical protocols and standards of care
Collaborating with hospital leadership on growth, culture, and strategy
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and the local community
This is an ideal position for a veterinarian ready to step into leadership or an experienced doctor looking for a pathway to ownership through equity and partnership
