Veterinarian – Leadership & Equity Opportunity – Tucson, AZ

An established veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial veterinarian for a unique practice ownership opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to take the next step toward ownership while benefiting from an established client base, experienced support team, modern facilities, and operational resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals
• Lead the hospital’s clinical direction and day-to-day medical operations
• Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
• Mentor and support veterinary and hospital staff

• Maintain high standards of patient care and client service

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
• Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
• Clinical experience in small animal practice
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice ownership
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate veterinary care
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
