Independence Veterinary Clinic is hiring an Experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established team in Charlotte, NC. If you're an experienced veterinarian who loves surgery and wants a well-equipped, supportive team behind you, you'll find a practice that values your skills, your time, and your long-term growth.

What to Expect:

• Salary: base salary of $120,000–$140,000. Relocation assistance available
• Bonus: Up to $30,000 signing bonus, or partnership options
• Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (clinic open Monday–Friday, closed weekends)

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of NC
• 2+ years of small animal clinical experience (this role is for experienced veterinarians)
• Strong soft tissue surgical skills and a genuine love of surgery
• A collaborative spirit and genuine investment in patient care and client education
