Compensation + Schedule

• Full-time experienced veterinarian base salary: $120,000–$160,000
• Compensation based on experience, skillset, schedule, and preferred pace
• Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual
• Earning potential up to $160,000
• Bonus participation is optional for veterinarians who prefer a straight salary
• Relocation stipend available
• Multi-year commitment bonus is negotiable
• Full-time or part-time options
• Specific weekend and on-call expectations were not provided

What You’ll Do

You’ll practice comprehensive small animal medicine with an opportunity to take on a meaningful surgical and dental caseload. This is particularly well suited to a veterinarian who wants to perform procedures regularly rather than simply have them available occasionally.

You’ll work with an experienced medical team while having nearby access to additional veterinarians and hospital resources when collaboration is helpful.

What You Bring

• DVM/VMD or equivalent with appropriate Maryland veterinary licensure
• Small animal clinical experience
• Strong interest or experience in surgery and dentistry
• Collaborative approach and strong client communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
