Schedule & Compensation- 3.5–4 day work week, including 4 x 8s options
- Competitive compensation options, including:
- $110,000 starting base + 23% production
- Average ATC of $300
- Generous PTO (12 days) with flexible, supportive scheduling
Clinical Services & Interests Include:- General Practice & Preventative Care
- Soft tissue surgery
- Orthopedic Surgery (limited)
- Dentistry
- Dermatology
- Radiographs
- Ultrasound with sent out consultation possible
- Integrative, holistic, and alternative therapies
- Multimodal pain management
The Team- 5 DVMs with decades of combined experience

What We’re Looking For- DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Licensure (or ability to become licensed) in Utah
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Interest in practicing high-quality medicine with a broad case mix
- Experience preferred, but mentorship and support are always available
