Alexis Road Animal Hospital is offering a unique opportunity in the Toledo area. This long-standing small animal clinic is preparing for a planned retirement this spring, andwe’relooking for the right doctor to step into an established practice with a loyal, multi-generational client base. The role offers a $200,000 base plus production, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, equity opportunity, full medical autonomy, and the chance to walk into an established reputation from day one.

We’re also offering a $100,000 sign-on bonus paid within 30 days of your start date.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and client-education skills

• Preferred skills include experience with a variety of fast-paced appointments, performing surgery, and dentals.
