Creature Comforts has been serving Hong Kong pet families for over 23 years, beginning in 2002 as the city's first house-call veterinary service and expanding with the Veterinary TKO Center in 2021. We proudly introduce the East Island 24-Hour Animal Hospital in Shau Kei Wan this year. Spanning 11,000 square feet across two floors, it is Hong Kong Island's first veterinary hospital purpose-built around Fear Free® principles.

Who we need?

The Role:

Whether you are a confident surgeon looking for your next challenge, or a general practitioner with a passion for client communication, this could be the role for you! The role can be adapted to suit where your strengths and interests lie!

Senior Veterinarians (5+ years' experience)

Day-to-day duties:

• Performing consultations and investigations for companion animals
• Delivering compassionate customer service and building long lasting customer relationships
• Triage and stabilization for emergency cases
• Providing hospital care and internal medicine investigations for our inpatients
• Performing ultrasound and endoscopy
• Performing routine and more complex surgeries
• Driving clinical excellence in the practice and guiding the clinical team
• Providing teaching opportunities to junior colleagues during dedicated teaching time

Requirement:

• A minimum of 5+ years’ post-graduate experience is preferred We are looking for talent, ability, and enthusiasm
• Your degree must be registrable in Hong Kong ( eligible degrees include US, UK, Taiwan, Australia, NZ, South Africa
• Excellent communication skills (Cantonese is not essential with our experienced nurses!)
• Candidates who have less experience (3+ years) will be considered as Associate level

Working Schedule:

Full time: 5-day work week, 9.5 hours per day

Part time: 4-day work week, 9.5 hours per day / Negotiable
