Job Description

What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications

  • Formal training, vocational/technical education, or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • Mechanical training, aptitude, or equipment maintenance experience (required)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Willingness to support, guide, and share knowledge with others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading, training, or coordinating a small team
  • High‑speed manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated production experience
  • Military occupational experience in maintenance, operations, logistics, engineering, or production roles

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (military education and training fully recognized)
