
Salary Range: $47,390 - $55,000 annually
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days from home and 3 days on-site

United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Case Manager, MU to join our team. As a Case Manager, MU, you will provide holistic, client-centered case management with service and resource coordination, empowering veterans, transitioning service members, and military families to advance toward economic mobility and stability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with major course work in social work, psychology or other field closely related or equivalent experience; Military experience/Veteran highly preferred.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in social case work, counseling, eligibility determination, social service or community resource referral, or closely related work. Case management background preferred. Knowledge of the needs of the Military/Veterans is essential.
Technology Requirements: Intermediate Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, and knowledge of modern web browsers.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to function in a team environment. Spanish language not a requirement, but helpful.
