Key Responsibilities:
1. Salon Management.
Plan and organize salon events in the South Region in accordance with the annual budget, including stakeholder communication, material preparation, and venue selection. Align regional salon themes with headquarters’ planning, invite professional lecturers, and confirm course-ware.
2.Post‑Salon Group Operation Support
Conduct post‑salon tracking across P‑periods to drive sales volume of key products in the following three P‑periods through salon operation and group interaction. Monitor group operation status and provide timely interaction reminders to achieve business growth.
3. Internal Education Support
Provide in‑store coaching and lunch training for the sales team. Conduct regular joint visits with sales colleagues in the region and evaluate lunch training sessions. Summarize feedback for sales supervisors every P‑period to improve presentation, sales, and communication skills, and formulate improvement plans together with supervisors.
Design, organize, and implement internal education activities, including commercial capability training and assessment for internal staff, as well as related communication.
4. Headquarters & Regional Coordination
Communicate and deliver headquarters’ business plans and strategic directions to front-line sales through salons, training, and joint visits. Ensure front-line sales execution is aligned with headquarters’ business objectives. Also need to help in the Regional Joint Business Plan with local team.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in veterinary related major.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in veterinary industry(practice or sales) ; have experience of vet/pet nutrition industry will be a plus;
- Strong customer focus and knowledge in pet food business, experienced in communication with clinic Vets and client service in animal hospital.
- Familiar with office software, especially Excel & Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and intermediate English writing skills. Candidates with good verbal and written English skills will be given priority.
