Job Description
The Vertical & Product Enablement Partner will work to accelerate regional revenue growth by translating complex product capabilities into industry-specific business value. You will act as the strategic bridge between global product teams and regional revenue teams, building vibrant practitioner communities and driving the adoption of vertical-specific go-to-market playbooks across EUI.
Responsibilities
1. Product Training Coordination & Contextualization
- Partner with Monetization Enablement (ME) and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to coordinate and deliver vertical-specific product training.
- Crucially, contextualize all global training content: connect product features directly to the assigned vertical’s unique business challenges, macroeconomic trends, and revenue opportunities.
- Implement continuous feedback loops with practitioners to measure training effectiveness and identify capability gaps.
2. Vertical Community Stewardship
- Build, lead, and energize dedicated industry communities (e.g., Retail, Fintech) across all EUI markets.
- Act as the 'Community Governor,' facilitating cross-market knowledge exchange among CSMs, PMMs, GVDs, and BPMs.
- Organize and lead monthly community forums, curate async discussion channels, and serve as the primary point of contact for organizing regional industry summits.
3. Playbook Activation & GVD Enablement
- Collaborate directly with Group Vertical Directors (GVDs) and PCS leads to operationalize and educate teams on vertical playbooks.
- Identify, document, and amplify success stories, ensuring that a successful strategy in one market is rapidly replicated across the region.
- Provide the community infrastructure necessary to support and sustain GVD-sponsored commercial initiatives.
4. Industry Intelligence & Outside-In Research
- Develop and distribute regular industry intelligence (e.g., newsletters, trend reports) tailored to your assigned verticals.
- Conduct deep-dive research to "unpeel" client business models, educating internal teams on how clients in specific verticals generate revenue and where our products strategically fit.
- Scout external industry events and thought leadership, bringing outside-in perspectives (including external speakers and clients) into internal community sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a strategic role combining elements of strategic consulting or industry strategy within the tech/digital advertising sector or similar.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to quickly grasp complex client business models across different industry verticals.
- Proven ability to connect enablement initiatives directly to business outcomes, product adoption metrics, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional ability to build credibility and influence XFN, senior stakeholders (Sales Leaders, Product Teams) in a highly matrixed, regional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fostering collaboration, facilitating forums, and driving engagement across dispersed teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex product information into compelling, industry-specific narratives.
- Highly comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving initiatives from scratch, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving organizational structure.
