We are looking for a Versatility Car After Sales Project & Requirement Management to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).

You will hierarchically report to the Head of After Sales

You will be responsible for the definition and management of (After Sales relevant) Stakeholder Expectations during the Product Development process of Versatility models.

You will guarantee that all After Sales needs in regard to Versatility product, from the design phase until the end of life are properly addressed in the Product Lines meetings of Versatility models and guarantees that all project milestones are met.

You will be responsible of the product readiness and launch activities in the dealer network for After Sales Versatility models.

You will be responsible for the following activities related to Versatility models

  • Responsible for:
    • Defining and managing of all the After Sales requirements (use cases, scenarios, concept of operations, stakeholder expectations, lessons learnt, maintenance and disposal until the End of Life of the vehicle and components in order to ensure the highest customer satisfaction).
    • Updating System Engineering tools with relevant contents.
    • Verification of solutions compliance with requirements.
    • Guaranteeing that all After Sales functions are ready for the Model Introduction of any new model/version (owner’s manuals, workshop manuals, wiring schematics, diagnosis, flat rate catalogue, parts catalogue, warranty system, training documentation, dealer standards, special tools, Parts & Accessories starting packages).
    • the After Sales Product launch management
    • Organizing and managing the informational flow inside the After Sales in regard to new launches, product line, SET (Simultaneous Engineering Team) activities in collaboration with the SET members
  • Support for:
    • the After Sales team in the Product Lines and support to SET activities
    • the PLM and PL Product Marketing with the Project team activities and Product Development Process’s milestones related to the After Sales, also participating in the relevant meetings.

The Versatility Models AS Project Management serves as the “voice of the customer and the dealers” guaranteeing the timely serviceability of the products aiming at the highest customer/dealer satisfaction, Service Level, Customer Loyalty and Parts/Accessory turnover.

About you:

  • Engineering degree
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Automotive/Mechanics companies; experiences in After Sales, System Engineering techniques, Product planning are preferred
  • Fluent in English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
