JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Store Intern to join the Global Ecommerce team based in Milan.

The E-commerce Store Intern will work closely with the Ecommerce Store Management and Digital Product team supporting the execution of the digital strategy at WW level.

The candidate will cooperate in the catalogue management and site maintenance.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Run daily website checks to ensure the website is running smoothly across all devices

• Keep the Versace.com and Farfetch product catalogue updated

• Test all product launches on staging and production

• Support in Product Data and labels optimization, liaising with Merchandising and Production teams

• Set up product features such as 3D and Virtual Try On

• Support in setting up and testing promotions

• Monitor competitor website and activities and run benchmark presentations

• Support in updating footer and header contents

• Support PIM activities (including replatforming), including UAT execution, data validation and coordination of issue resolution with relevant stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Extremely flexible with ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams;

With a previous experience in an online business dept;

Fluent in English;

Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel;

Attention to details and ability to prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment;

Good team spirit and communication skills;

Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other ecommerce technologies will be considered as a plus.
