Someone who understands our passion for lingerie and leading fashion design and can inspire our customers every day. Do you wake up every morning and consider your underwear as carefully as the rest of your outfit? We do! Do you get a buzz from seeing new colours, shapes and fabrics when you shop and on the catwalks? So do we! Would you love to become a certified Bra Expert at our Hunkemöller Academy, sharing your knowledge and passion with our customers? If so, you could be one of our next Lingerista’s! Having an army of lingerie and fashion experts, across the company, makes us stand out from the crowd. If you’ve worked in fashion or retail before that’s great but if not, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll learn how to tell a balcony from a plunge and how to help your customers find her perfect bra. We’ll show you how to deliver, what we believe is, World Class Service so our customer will have an amazing and unrivalled experience. In return, we need people that are willing to learn, who want to really maximise sales and have the desire to give every customer a fantastic shopping experience. You’ll work with a team of passionate Lingerista’s but when the store is busy you’ll keep your cool and adapt quickly. You’ll be so passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience that even if the store is quiet, you’ll keep busy by making sure everything looks great and you’re ready to advise and inspire the next customer. As a Hunkemöller Lingerista, you’ll have a friendly and inquisitive nature. You’ll get to know our customers by making genuine contact and asking the right open questions to find out what they really want. Our Lingerista’s are great listeners and use what they hear to make sure every customer leaves happy.
