Als Mitarbeiter:in Verkauf & Küche bist du die zentrale operative Rolle in unseren Take-Away-Betrieben. Du verbindest Verkauf, Gästekontakt und Produktzubereitung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste schnell, freundlich und in bester Qualität bedient werden.

Tenz is a young Swiss food and drinks company with Tibetan roots, specializing in Tibetan dumplings known as "Momo." In Tibet, dumplings are considered a festive dish that is lovingly prepared and shared. We want to make this culture more accessible in Switzerland—authentic yet in our own unique way. Our Momos and the way we present them are meant to reflect a fresh mix of Tibet and Switzerland.
And it seems people are enjoying it. What started as a one-man fundraising project by Tenzin Tibatsang to support Tibetan projects has grown into a family business with over 200 employees. The central production site, known as the "Momofaktur," is located at the company's headquarters in Zurich.
Currently, we operate 14 restaurants and take-aways in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. With lots of love and passion, we also participate in over 100 events annually and collaborate with Swiss partners like Migros and Felfel.
