In this role, you’ll become a key point of contact for new and existing Cedrus Management customers, providing them with product insights, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Whether you're answering service questions or helping someone select the right package for their needs, your goal will always be to deliver value, build trust, and strengthen long-term relationships. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential The average Customer Service Representative will earn $45,000 to $55,000 with company growth oppertunities!
