This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Verifications team, including all department KPI’s. Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and the Verifications management team to ensure that systems and processes are compliant with all applicable State and Federal requirements for the distribution of prescription drugs and devices. Ensure new customer accounts are set up correctly and potentially fraudulent orders are reviewed and identified. Partner with Sales, DC Ops, and IT to ensure that customer orders are streamlined while ensuring compliance. Provide formal performance feedback, including performance appraisals, and resolve conflict.

· Substantial knowledge of Verifications policies and procedures.
· Full understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements and an awareness of international regulations.
