About the Role:



Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) who can work onsite with an extensive experience performing insurance verifications while working virtually for a clinic, hospital, or similar setting in the United States. This is a critical role for our clients who own and operate doctor’s offices, physical therapy practices, tele-optometry clinics, surgical centers, and more.

Responsibilities may include:



• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments
• Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must be willing to work onsite
