Job Description

The Verification Team Leader leads a team of verification engineers responsible for planning, executing, and documenting verification activities for ultrasound products. The role ensures product requirements are effectively verified and supports timely product releases through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of verification engineers.
  • Define verification strategies, plans, schedules, and resource needs.
  • Review requirements for completeness, clarity, and testability.
  • Oversee development and execution of system, software, integration, and regression tests.
  • Track verification progress, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Drive defect investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Ensure verification deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Systems Engineering, Product Management, Clinical, and Quality teams.
  • Promote process improvements, test efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in verification, testing, or quality engineering.
  • 2+ years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
  • Experience with complex multidisciplinary products involving software and hardware.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in medical devices, ultrasound, or medical imaging systems.
  • Experience with automated testing and test management tools.
