Verification Engineer
You are responsible for
To lead and help team do product verification, ensure all activities compliance with QMS and professional and effectively, for support high quality product deliver to customer
To help team member continue improve the testing knowledge and skill
To lead team Performs product testing (automated or manual) within the systems/agile/scrum team throughout the whole development cycle ensuring built-in quality
Provides test expertise to define and drive product test strategies and initiatives at feature, sub-system and system level
Review product/platform System Requirement Spec, System Design Spec/Product Design Spec, Risk Management File, Safety & Regulation Requirement, etc. Estimate requirement testability and sufficiency
Lead team Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing
Responsible for the planning, coordination and tracking of the Design Verification activities
Establish the entry and exit criteria for Design Verification
Document Design Verification Plan, Spec, Record and Report with compliance.
Report product issues/defects, and track issues fixing
Develops scripts for automation.
Supports design changes for quality impact
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Engineering Excellence Manager
You‘re fit if:
Bachelor’s or above Degree in Engineering, the better major in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science or software engineering.
At least 10 years’ experience in product’s verification position.
At least 5 years’ working experience in Medical product.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different functions, e.g. System, Physics, SW, PM etc.
Knowledge of the V-model development cycle
Knowledge of IEC60601 standard, ISO13485 and 21CFR820 is much preferred
Knowledge of hardware, embedded software and auto-test software
ISTQB certification is a plus
Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
