
Advise management and executives on all matters related to occupational health and safety in accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz)
Ensure implementation and monitoring of legal occupational health and safety requirements
Conduct risk assessments and derive appropriate preventive measures
Prepare and update operating instructions and safety documentation
Organize and conduct employee trainings and safety briefings
Analyze workplace accidents and develop preventive actions
Collaborate with authorities, professional associations, and occupational health physicians
Support audits and certifications
Coordinate occupational medical examinations
Administer and manage the training portal (SAM / secova)
Organize procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordinate workwear, cleaning services, and related suppliers
Establish, organize, and continuously develop operational fire protection structures
Maintain and update the fire protection regulations
Plan and conduct evacuation drills
Monitor and inspect fire protection equipment and systems
Liaise with fire authorities, public bodies, and insurance companies
Support construction and renovation projects from a fire protection perspective
Organize and coordinate outdoor yard operations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing machinery
Oversee and coordinate operations in workshop halls (especially halls C and D)
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services for buildings and outdoor areas
Must-haves
Completed technical or craft-based vocational training
Certification as Occupational Health & Safety Specialist in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2
Additional qualification as Fire Protection Officer according to DGUV Information 205-003
Several years of professional experience in occupational health and safety and/or fire protection
Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Proficiency in MS Office

Qualification as industrial foreman or similar
