Job Description

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Full-Time Venue Supervisor at our newest venue to the PARRA Group - Pitt Town Sports Club, which is located at 139 Old Pitt Town Road, Pitt Town, NSW 2756.

The position reports to our General Manager of Pitt Town Sports and we are seeking a hands-on and driven individual, who strives to provide excellence in service and provide a welcoming environment to our members, guests, and fellow staff.

What is involved in the role?

  • Supervising, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Overseeing implementation of RSA and RCG practices.
  • Customer service and managing any escalations and complaints.

We are we looking for in our candidate?

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • A positive and motivated attitude to lead a team by example.
  • Broad knowledge of all club operations including F&B & gaming.
  • Outstanding customer service skills – providing a wonderful experience for our members and guests.
  • Experience as a Supervisor/ Manager in a similar Club or Hospitality environment
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights, and public holiday.
