Rollen innebär fullständigt resultat, budget, personal & kvalitetsansvar för två enheter. Du har flera avdelningschefer som rapporterar till dig. Du kommer ingå i ledningsgruppen och ha ett helhetsansvar över driften och personalen.
Det ställer stora krav på dig som en vägvisare, en ledare som gör det du vill se att andra gör. Du måste också kunna hitta skräddarsydda lösningar för att överträffa gästernas förväntningar. Du måste vara lösningsorienterad och flexibel i ditt sätt och vara innovativ.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidare anställning och heltid. Lön efter överenskommelse och kollektivavtal.
Startdatum efter överenskommelse. För rätt person kan starten ske före eller efter sommaren.
