With a strong corporate clientele both during and after office hours, this well-known bar is a mecca for repeat clients. Building relationships and offering service that goes above and beyond is key to the success of this bar.

The Role

We are looking for an incredibly talented and experienced Venue Manager who will drive performance and continue to strive for excellence. This position will suit an established hospitality professional, experienced in managing high-end venues with an emphasis on VIP, luxury offerings.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Establishment precinct, you will be leading from the front and setting standards high, managing each space from end to end, and ensuring a smooth operation of all moving parts across the venue.

As the Venue Manager you are the backbone of our business and It's your job to ensure that you maintain the highest level or service, most importantly every one of our customers receives an experience that'll leave them yearning for more.

Your focus will be on the following:

• Leading from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like every day.
• Accountability for day-to-day operations and business performance.
• Up-skilling and developing each team member specifically around premium product knowledge and service standards.
• People practices such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development.
• Finding growth opportunities, activation, and delivery.
• Effective financial management around COGS, sales budgets and profits.
