Featuring rich timber finishes, leather banquettes, and a striking central bar, the space blends timeless elegance with contemporary style. The venue offers a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, making it a destination for exceptional cocktails, thoughtful hospitality, and memorable evenings.

The Role

We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced Venue Manager with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity, and is passionate about creating an authentic and traditional experience for their guests.

You’ll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way. You’ll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue.

• Strong operators with focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
• Hands-on and operational
• Experts at stakeholder management
• Responsible for developing the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
• Experienced in managing large teams in a high-volume atmosphere; 2+ years in hospitality management is essential
