We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help deliver this exciting new opening in Melbourne CBD.  life. As a Manager at Merivale, your focus will be on:

• Leading a large team with compassion and respect, while inspiring a group of passionate, fun-loving individuals to consistently deliver an outstanding experience for our guests
• Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.
• Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience
• Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales
