We’re looking for a Senior Venture Lead who will own everything from initial insight to global scale and beyond. You aren't just managing projects; you are a seasoned builder who has already taken ventures from 0 to 100—like our success with Freecash—and has the hunger to do it again. You will set company strategy, build end-to-end ventures, and lead the charge on massive market expansions and new product lines like Cashback You move fast, raise the bar for everyone around you, and lead high-ownership, cross-functional teams that transform how the world’s top brands acquire users.

What You’ll Do 🎯
This role is for a heavyweight leader who builds the "machine" that builds the ventures:
Incubate and launch "Unicorn-level" ventures from validated opportunities to live market pilots with signed lighthouse clients and an executive-approved business model.
Establish the company-wide Venture Operating Model by implementing the governance, funding, and decision frameworks that allow teams to ship milestones without executive escalations.
Architect high-impact strategic partnerships with flagship advertisers and platforms, integrating partner capabilities into the product experience to elevate our market positioning.
Build and scale a high-performing venture org by hiring or elevating key leaders, setting extreme quality bars, and coaching managers to deliver outcomes independently.
Drive business impact and P&L ownership by running recurring reviews, codifying venture playbooks, and using data-driven insights to prioritize high-leverage bets.

What You'll Bring
We need a battle-hardened entrepreneur who has successfully navigated the complexity of hyper-growth:
Venture Building Track Record: Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis, allocating capital and senior talent, and making disciplined scale/kill/exit calls.
Operational Architecture: Mastery of building high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategy into weekly plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
Adtech & Growth Fluency: Expertise in architecting analytics systems (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) and ensuring privacy/compliance readiness.
Enterprise Leadership: Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and media.
Cross-Functional Mastery: Ability to structure and lead multi-functional teams across product, growth, data, ops, finance, and legal.

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Manage and deliver large-scale ventures from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with Almedia’s quality standards and strategic goals.

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

  • Develop and Enhance Methodologies: Lead workshops and apply innovative methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

  • Mentor and Develop Teams: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Account and Proposal Management: Oversee small corporate accounts, including budgeting and stakeholder relationships, and lead the creation of tailored project proposals.
