As a Venture Analyst, you support this work by helping teams explore opportunities, structure insights, and bring ideas to life. You work closely with experienced colleagues and clients, contribute across different project phases, and build the foundation to grow into an entrepreneurial new business builder.
Support the development of new business opportunities- Contribute to projects focused on exploring, validating, and implementing new business opportunities for corporates, ranging from business models and innovation initiatives to new ventures.
Research, analyze, and create clarity- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze markets and trends, and help structure complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and deliverables.
Create high-quality project content- Develop presentations, reports, workshop materials, and other communication assets that support project work and stakeholder alignment.
Work hands-on with teams and clients- Collaborate closely with team members and clients to support workshops, execute work packages, and contribute to moving ideas toward implementation.
Learn and grow through project experience- Continuously develop your consulting, innovation, and entrepreneurial skillset by working across industries, topics, and project phases.
Initial experience or strong interest in innovation, consulting, venture building, strategy, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information and think critically.
Curiosity and motivation to learn about innovation, new business building, and entrepreneurial ways of working.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and quality.
Hands-on mindset with a proactive and collaborative way of working.
Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Italian is a plus.

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 29.586,90 gross annually. We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications, experience, and career level.
