As a Venture Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, driving innovation and contributing to our projects' success. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from conducting research and analysis to creating impactful content and engaging with stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing

• Perform in-depth research and both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project goals and deliverables.
• Create high-quality content, including presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
• Contribute to outreach efforts and assist in preparing events to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to execute defined work packages and ensure project success.

What you need to be successful in the role

• Initial experience and strong interest in innovation, consulting, or related fields. A background in venture building is a plus.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, such as Lean Startup, and curiosity to explore and apply these methods.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating high-quality content.
• Proactive and independent work style, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both English and German.

‍We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 29.586,9. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
