Job Description

Due to continued business growth and long-term contract awards, we're looking for Ventilation Installers to join our team in Hackney his is a customer-facing role where you'll visit occupied homes and carry out ventilation improvement works to help improve air quality and reduce condensation and damp issues.

• Base salary £28,000 + price work with OTE of 45K

The job..

• Installing trickle vents to windows
• Carrying out door undercuts to improve airflow between rooms
• Coring holes through walls for DMEV (Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) units
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
• Providing a professional and respectful service within customers' homes
• Maintaining accurate records of completed work

Required Skill & experience

• Experience in ventilation, property maintenance, construction, window fitting, insulation, or a similar trade
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
