Job Description

We are looking for a Vendor Specialist who will be responsible for executing 1P sales of Sport products.

Your main responsibilities:

-Defining product catalogue adequate to address the market demand

-Ensuring stock level availability

-Making sure that targeted sourcing time is delivered

-Verifying if price levels are adequate to address margin targets and that purchase volumes are adequate to address stock rotation targets

-Ensuring that updates of supplier catalogues are performed correctly

-Negotiating and closing purchase orders conditions with suppliers

-Planning and executing campaign deals according to the trade plan

-In this role you will collaborate closely both within Retail Business Units (Analytics and Planning, Supply Chain, Offer Development) and with broader organization (Commercial Excellence, Commerce, Technology, Delivery Experience, Legal, Customer Experience)

This is the right job for you if you:

-Have 2-3 years of experience in vendor acquisition and vendor management

-Deeply understand Polish Wholesale and Distributor markets

-Have good negotiation and influencing skills

-Have experience within automated pricing set-up, it will be an additional advantage

-Communicate fluently in Polish and English

-Are advanced Excel user

-Previous experience in purchasing Sport category will be an advantage
