Job Description



Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly reports by utilizing the data from procurement systems.
• Perform collection and initial analysis of documentation required of the contracting process.
• Provide support in analyzing, aggregating, and reporting procurement system data.
• Review procurement system key data fields for completeness and accuracy, any corrections and open items should be tracked accordingly to completion.
• Ensure presentations are up-to-date to enable determining testing samples and review for completeness and accuracy of procurement documentation.
• Ensure that missing documentation is obtained from relevant stakeholders and outstanding items are tracked to completion.
• Ensure that key data is always recorded in the database and a log of completed submissions are consistently maintained.
• Collaborate with other Procurement teams to complete projects and assignments.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Vendor Management or Third-party Risk Management, Corporate Procurement and experience delivering reports to stakeholders
• 3+ years in a professional environment
• Graduate of 4-year degree
• Knowledge of risk and control practices, procedures, and principles
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving capability
• Highly engaged with strong people skills and service-oriented attitude to stakeholders and customers
• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines is required.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint Word, and SharePoint
• Strong attention to details and quality, well-organized, innovative and result driven.
• Self-starter with high level of initiative.
• Exercises good judgement.
• Operates in a professional and ethical manner with our internal team and stakeholders.
