Vendor Replenishment Planner – Partnering with Coles
Hybrid role, full-time, work shift: 7am - 3.30pm

The Role

Step into a high-impact role at the heart of Bega Group’s partnership with one of Australia’s leading retailers, Coles. We’re looking for an experienced Replenishment Planner to ensure our iconic, much-loved products are always on shelf and ready for our consumers nationwide.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be solving problems in real time, thinking on your feet, and making critical decisions to optimise stock levels and drive outstanding service outcomes.

You’ll have full ownership of your category, working cross-functionally across supply chain, commercial, and customer teams. As a key point of contact for Coles, your ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and respond with speed and confidence will set you up for success.

This hybrid role alternates weekly between three days onsite (Docklands office or Coles HQ in Hawthorn East) and two days working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

  • Service & Availability: Maximise DIFOT and in-store availability using replenishment systems, processes, and proactive communication

  • Insights & Reporting: Conduct daily root cause analysis on out-of-stocks (OOS) to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrence

  • Data Integrity: Leverage customer systems to identify data issues and implement sustainable fixes

  • Stock & Order Execution: Manage days of supply, product allocations, order creation, picking, and dispatch to meet KPIs

  • Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships through regular on-site engagement and lead customer collaboration meetings

About you

  • Prioritisation & Agility: Strong time management with the ability to juggle competing demands and adapt quickly

  • Ownership & Accountability: Brings urgency and a “do it once, do it right” mindset to deliver high-quality outcomes

  • Problem Solving: Analytical and detail-oriented approach to identifying issues and driving effective solutions

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships and influences across teams with clear, confident communication

  • Team & Technical Capability: Collaborative team player with solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
