As SIS continues to grow and expand its impact across the healthcare industry, we are adding a Vendor Relations Coordinator to help support day-to-day collaboration between onshore teams and offshore vendor partners across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. This role is instrumental in keeping onboarding, access management, workflow alignment, and issue resolution running smoothly so vendor operations stay aligned with contractual, quality, and operational expectations.
You will work closely with Revenue Cycle leadership, project management, IT, and internal operations teams to support consistent execution, strong system access practices, and reliable vendor operations. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering across teams, solving day-to-day challenges, and contributing to processes that support continued growth and long-term success.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, communicates effectively across functions, and thrives in a detail-oriented role supporting multiple systems, teams, and vendor partners.
