As SIS continues to grow and expand its impact across the healthcare industry, we are adding a Vendor Relations Coordinator to help support day-to-day collaboration between onshore teams and offshore vendor partners across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. This role is instrumental in keeping onboarding, access management, workflow alignment, and issue resolution running smoothly so vendor operations stay aligned with contractual, quality, and operational expectations.

You will work closely with Revenue Cycle leadership, project management, IT, and internal operations teams to support consistent execution, strong system access practices, and reliable vendor operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, communicates effectively across functions, and thrives in a detail-oriented role supporting multiple systems, teams, and vendor partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vendor & Offshore Operations Support

  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between internal teams and offshore vendor partners
  • Support vendor onboarding, steady-state operations, and offboarding for new and existing centers
  • Help address and escalate operational issues, workflow gaps, and performance concerns between onshore and offshore teams
  • Support workflow transitions following onboarding to promote consistent execution and adherence to defined processes

Access & Systems Support

  • Support user access management across revenue cycle systems, portals, and collaboration tools
  • Track and validate timely provisioning and deprovisioning of vendor access
  • Execute offboarding procedures to ensure complete removal of system access for vendor staff
  • Partner with internal IT and operations teams to resolve access-related issues and ensure access controls align with internal controls, audit requirements, and vendor agreements

Operational & Workflow Support

  • Monitor operational communication channels and flag emerging risks or issues
  • Troubleshoot basic workflow or system issues and route more complex matters to appropriate stakeholders
  • Support steady-state operations by maintaining process consistency and adherence to established workflows
  • Assist with operational readiness for new centers, service expansions, or vendor initiatives

Documentation, Training & Process Alignment

  • Support delivery of training, refresher sessions, and process reviews for vendor teams
  • Ensure SOPs, job aids, and workflow documentation are current, clearly defined, and consistently applied across onshore and offshore teams
  • Help reinforce process adherence and proper system usage across vendor teams

Cross-Functional Support & Reporting

  • Work closely with Revenue Cycle leadership, project management, and internal operations teams
  • Support preparation of audits, operational updates, metrics, or issue summaries for leadership as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience coordinating offshore or global vendor teams
  • Familiarity with RCM systems, payer portals, call center platforms, or workflow tools
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify, triage, and resolve operational issues with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Experience supporting RCM operations for ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) or physician practices
