Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Vendor Performance & Capacity Administrator (VPCA) for a newly created role within a major government housing portfolio.
This unique position plays a central part in ensuring that vendor work allocation is fair, transparent and aligned to three core principles: price, performance and capacity.
Reporting to the Subcontract Manager, you will administer and maintain vendor performance programs, generate detailed reports, coordinate performance meetings and support continuous improvement across the contract.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both data and people — combining analysis, communication and process coordination to support long-term contract success.

This position is based in the Sydney CBD office, conveniently located close to public transport.
Following successful completion of probation, there is the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
