Catch the ride!

  • Daily order fulfilment monitoring;
  • Actively managing relationships with external vendors involved in warehouse operations and logistics;
  • Monitoring vendor’s performance metrics and driving improvement actions;
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance and operations teams to support smooth order flow;
  • Developing and implementing improvements aimed at maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing accuracy, and maintaining consistently high-quality standards throughout the supply chain;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the system;
  • Coordinate onboarding of vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for vendor operations processes and tools;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, Business or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management or procurement operations preferably within e-commerce;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details;
  • Effective communicator with ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environment;
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage;
  • English proficiency, Russian and/or German or Polish language knowledge;
