Job Description

Amazon Now team is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and driven candidate to join our Vendor Operations team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including In-Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers, to optimize processes and drive performance across key product categories.

The Vendor Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting vendor success by ensuring operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing procurement activities, monitoring in-stock performance, supporting content updates, and leveraging data analysis to enable informed decision-making.

The role also involves working directly with vendors to maintain strong relationships, support negotiations, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and is passionate about delivering results that enhance both vendor and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of vendor management, or 2+ years of relevant discipline work experience
- Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience in supply chain such as contracting, demand management and/or planning and procurement, and supply chain operations
- Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvements
