This role is part of our finance and operations function, focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of vendor master data—critical for smooth business operations.

What you’ll do

You will manage vendor master data processes, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and properly validated.

• Process vendor creation requests received via automated workflows
• Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance
• Validate vendor information through official sources (e.g., government databases, external research)
• Prepare and submit vendor records for approval by the Master Data Process Owner
• Register and monitor vendors in external compliance platforms (e.g., e-attestation)

Vendor updates & maintenance

• Handle requests to update existing vendor data (e.g., banking details, company information)
• Perform validation checks and ensure supporting documentation is accurate
• Conduct verification calls with suppliers to confirm sensitive changes (e.g., IBAN updates)
• Send confirmation communications to ensure traceability and audit readiness
• Submit validated updates for approval

Additional activities

• Manage vendor status changes (active / on-hold) based on process owner instructions
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and data security standards
• Identify inconsistencies or risks and escalate where necessary
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• French – advanced level (mandatory)
• English – intermediate level
• Previous experience in finance operations, master data, or administrative processes is an advantage

Technical skills

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and workflows
• Good understanding of data validation and documentation control
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
