Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a central part in maintaining, improving, and governing vendor, customer and financial Master Data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also:
Support and improve Master Data processes by independently managing requests and meeting agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with process managers to resolve Master Data issues, implement solutions, and drive operational improvements.
Act as the tactical and operational contact for problem resolution related to Master Data.
Maintain vendor, customer, and financial Master Data with strong governance and compliance standards.
Co-create and implement ideas to enhance Master Data quality, reduce workload, and deliver value to interested parties.
Educate and support colleagues across the organization in applying Master Data standards and guidelines.
Communicate proactively with internal customers to ensure expectations are met and services deliver business value.
This position is located in Prague - Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

You will become part of Business Service Operations (BSO), which plays a vital role in driving the LEGO Group’s long-term growth strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5–7 years!
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in Master Data Management, Process Management, Planning, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to driving value-adding initiatives.
Solid understanding of data quality principles and governance
Demonstrated project and change management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in reporting and turning data into actionable insights
What would be an advantage:
Experience with SAP systems
Experience with BI reporting tools
